Job Description

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits support, compliance with labor laws, and training and development. You will report directly to the Paxiom Group Global HR Director, and dotted line to the site Director of Operations to enhance employee engagement and ensure that all HR activities align with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead in updating, developing and implementing company policies and procedures
  • Ability to handle OQLF responsibilities and run the committee
  • Participate in full life-cycle recruitment
  • Develop wellness and engagement initiatives
  • Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Address all HR-related questions pertaining to local policies, benefits, vacation (and other needs)
  • Lead HSE team to implement and monitor health and safety policies and practices
  • Track and report workplace injuries and safety incidents
  • Support with training and certifications tracking
  • Following up on training with leaders to ensure proper execution

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English is required due to the various meetings outside of Quebec
  • Experience in the management of performance programs
  • An organized, problem solving, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in Recruitment a must
  • HR Systems experiences
