Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and delivery of effective, long-term workforce plans aligned with organisational objectives
Analyse workforce trends and provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment, retention, and succession planning
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Development teams to integrate workforce plans with attraction and onboarding initiatives
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with organisational goals
Provide expert HR guidance on complex employee relations issues
Requirements:
Level 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) with current CIPD membership
Proven experience in workforce planning and talent pipeline development
Strong understanding of UK employment legislation
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to analyse and translate complex information into actionable strategies
