Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and delivery of effective, long-term workforce plans aligned with organisational objectives
  • Analyse workforce trends and provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment, retention, and succession planning
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Development teams to integrate workforce plans with attraction and onboarding initiatives
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with organisational goals
  • Provide expert HR guidance on complex employee relations issues

Requirements:

  • Level 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) with current CIPD membership
  • Proven experience in workforce planning and talent pipeline development
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyse and translate complex information into actionable strategies
