Job Responsibility
Assist the business unit in achieving its goals by identifying human resources and organizational development issues and leading the analysis and diagnosis of client needs
Provide coaching and support to management on employment relations, leadership development, talent and performance management, change management, people management, and communication
Support the delivery and deployment of HR programs and processes, such as Performance Management, Compensation, Annual Leadership Review, Employee Engagement Survey, and Development initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement and promote best practices to influence human resources strategies
With the support of the Talent Acquisition team, assist leaders in developing and implementing staffing strategies (attraction, hiring, and retention)
Manage and process human resources transactions
Act as a facilitator for change management projects
Act as the HR lead for the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) and other France-specific people matters, as well as for Austria, Switzerland, and Italy
Design and deploy the human resources master plan for your business unit
Requirements
Bac +3 degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related business field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources and Employment Relations
Experience designing, developing, and delivering HR business solutions
Familiar with the fundamentals of French employment law and social relations
Familiar with the French Metallurgy National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
Experience working in a multinational and multi-site environment
Motivated, self-starting change agent
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to influence management
Ability to manage projects and team-oriented
Results-oriented and recognized for ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
