Personal Care (PC) Philippines is one of the fastest growing markets in the region with bold ambitions and a rapidly evolving consumer, digital and retail landscape. We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to partner closely with the PC Philippines leadership team in delivering the full people, capability and culture agenda. This role is a key member of the PC Greater Asia HR team, playing a strategic role in building future fit PC capabilities, accelerating Social First ways of working, and nurturing a high performance, inclusive culture that unlocks business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Partner Personal Care team on the full people and culture agenda: organization effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, performance, and culture
  • Organization & Workforce: Shape and support the Destination Organization for Personal Care Philippines
  • Lead workforce planning, resourcing governance, and organization changes with strong change management
  • Capability Building (Social First & PC Expertise): Drive capability programs in SFDG, CSP, dCommerce, Marketing and Leadership in partnership with BU/Global HR and functional teams
  • Ensure strong participation in global learning programs and leadership interventions
  • Talent & Culture: Lead key talent routines including People Forums, succession planning and performance calibration
  • Coach leaders and teams to strengthen performance culture, agility, growth mindset and inclusion
  • Act as a Talent Scout, identifying and engaging future Personal Care, digital and marketing talent across internal and external markets

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of HRBP experience supporting Business Unit or Marketing, CD/dCommerce, Go To Market/Supply Chain teams
  • Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical rigor
  • Passion for Personal Care, consumer culture and Social‑First digital environments
