Job Responsibility:
Oversee and execute all aspects of people operations, supporting HRBPs and ensuring an exceptional employee experience for both clinical and non-clinical staff
Build and foster strong partnerships between the People Operations team and our distributed healthcare network
Serve as point HRBP for assigned clinics, managing employee relations, compliance, policy implementation, and day-to-day support
Lead efforts to scale HRBP coverage and processes as our network grows, acting as a mentor and resource for peers
Participate in the onboarding of new HRBPs and support a data-driven approach to workforce management
Drive key HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement to ensure high-impact delivery and compliance with employment laws
Collaborate with the broader People Operations team and cross-functional partners on talent, engagement, and retention strategies
Contribute to the development and refinement of policies, procedures, and communication channels tailored for a large network of professional service providers
Represent People Operations in key business meetings and proactively solve challenges impacting the therapist network and HRBP function
Requirements:
Proven strong HR operations experience, with an employee-focused approach
Entrepreneurial, start-up mindset—comfortable building processes in a rapidly evolving environment
Ability to handle and remain effective in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
Demonstrated experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Flexibility and adaptability to lead and support multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice to have:
Relevant HR certifications (such as PHR or SHRM-CP)
