Xometry is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner for the Sales organization. In this executive-facing role, you will partner directly with Sales leadership to design and execute a talent strategy that accelerates business growth and scales our high-performance culture. You will lead transformative people programs across the sales talent lifecycle including career progression, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness, leveraging deep business acumen and data-driven insights.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a strategic thought-partner to the Chief Sales Officer and Sales Leadership Team, translating long-term business goals into a comprehensive, multi-year talent strategy that drives revenue growth and organizational scalability
  • Lead large-scale organizational design and effectiveness initiatives for the Sales organization, proactively identifying structural gaps and optimizing workforce architecture to improve sales velocity and cross-functional alignment
  • Leverage deep business acumen, sales productivity metrics, and people analytics to diagnose organizational challenges and identify trends
  • demonstrate high-level influence to drive cultural transformation and high-performance standards across the global sales organization
  • Design and scale comprehensive career frameworks that incentivize high performance and support long-term retention of top-tier talent
  • Maintain a pulse on organizational health and global trends, proactively providing executive-level counsel on risks to leadership while implementing data-driven strategies to course-correct as needed

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 5+ years as a HRBP supporting high-growth organizations (Global Sales experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of partnering with executives or senior management to drive transformational organizational change in a global, fast paced environment
  • Proven experience navigating the complexities of international labor markets and scaling teams across multiple geographies
  • Ability to translate complex data into a compelling people story that influences executive decision-making and solves systemic business challenges
  • Experience leading the design, deployment, and adoption of large-scale talent programs (e.g., succession planning, career pathing, and performance frameworks) from the ground up
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to challenge, influence, and coach senior leaders effectively
  • A strategic thinker who can pivot between high-level conceptual planning and the "hands-on" execution required in a fluid, high-growth environment
  • High comfort level with ambiguity
