Job Description:

AlphaSights is looking for an ambitious Human Resources Associate to join our Human Resources team. Based in our London office, you will deliver HR services to AlphaSights’ teams across our EMEA region (London, Hamburg, Dubai, and Portugal), supporting an employee headcount of 600+. We are looking for a proactive and driven self-starter who is excited about partnering with business leaders to achieve our operational and talent goals. This individual will be responsible for running daily HR operations, but also be involved in talent management cases further down the line.The Human Resources Team is dedicated to raising the standard of professionalism at AlphaSights and this role is a responsive and visible part of the team. The role will require organisation, very high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to managing various stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop an understanding of our business, processes and the teams you will be supporting
  • Support full-employee lifecycle including
  • on-boarding, off-boarding, talent reviews, talent performance and data, probations and retention initiatives
  • Work on the daily incoming HR inbox requests
  • Support the whole operational HR workflow
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times to ensure trust in the organisation and the Human Resources function
  • Take ownership of specific projects or initiatives as directed by the HR Manager
  • Support the HR Manager with underperformance and employee relations issues with good judgement and discretion
  • Serve as a partner to managers and VPs, making data driven recommendations for improvements around performance, engagement, and retention
  • Create and deliver HR training for managers in London, Hamburg and Dubai
  • Liaise and work alongside cross-functional teams within the business where necessary (i.e. Finance, Legal)
  • Build relationships and trust with leaders, managers, and individual contributors across the business

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in Human Resources roles in a fast-paced, high pressured environments (experience in scale-up organisations, banking or consulting sector is ideal)
  • Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership. CIPD Level 5 is desirable for this role.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity and maturity
