We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a dynamic team. This role is vital to supporting various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR system management. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is capable of managing sensitive information with discretion.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and maintain employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy
Coordinate onboarding processes to provide a seamless experience for new hires
Assist in managing benefit programs and addressing employee inquiries about benefits
Support recruitment activities, including drafting job postings and coordinating interviews
Process payroll and address related concerns to ensure timely and accurate payments
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Utilize HRIS systems to manage data and generate reports for decision-making
Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, ensuring smooth operations
Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist role
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ability to manage data effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of payroll processes and related regulations
Nice to have:
Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
