Job Description

The HR Associate acts as a first point of contact and support for managers and employees who require HR assistance with using or accessing HR programs and processes. The Associate is responsible for providing a timely and accurate responses or properly redirecting the inquiry, to help the employee resolve or address their need.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to a wide variety of employees and managers HR-related enquiries via email, ticketing and telephone requests for HR services support
  • Provide high level administrative and systems related support
  • Participate in international projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • With minimal oversight, lead complex or large-scale HR Service Team tasks or projects, some of which may include global or cross-organization members and impacts
  • Be cognizant of Data Privacy, Data Management, Record Keeping
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate files and records in compliance with company and local country requirements
  • Generate complex reports
  • Track and report out on various requirements
  • Maintains and facilitates a high level of communication within the team, across HR as needed, and with colleagues in general

Requirements

  • Fluency in English as the company’s primary business language (verbal and written)
  • The ability to work effectively across departments and cultures
  • Working knowledge of the role HR plays in the overall HR processes
  • Very good written and oral communication and organizational skills
  • Professional training or Bachelor’s Degree in an area of Human Resources or other equivalent discipline
  • Appropriate HR work experience in an international environment is a plus
  • Experience utilising Workday advantageous

  • Any other additional European language is a plus
  • Appropriate HR work experience in an international environment is a plus

  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR questions from employees
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs including self-funded health insurance, HSA, commuter benefits, 401(k), LOA, ADA claims, and COBRA: serving as the go-to resource for employee benefits questions and issue resolution
  • Support the lead who plans Open Enrollment and take an active role in communicating and executing our annual open enrollment, including system configuration, employee education sessions, and enrollment audits
  • Support the management of the company’s self-funded health insurance plan, including claims monitoring, stop-loss reporting, plan performance analysis, and coordination with TPAs and brokers
  • Prepare and maintain benefits-related reporting, including monthly utilization reports, funding analyses, and renewal data to support strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to the calculation and process of monthly benefit related inputs for payroll and reconciles vendor bills with payroll deductions
  • Assist with compliance requirements such as ACA reporting, EEO-1 filing, HSA audit and 401(k) audit
