Job Responsibility:
Assist with recruitment by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing onboarding materials
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with confidential information
Coordinate benefits administration and help answer employee questions
Support employee relations and help organize engagement initiatives
Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
1+ year of relevant administrative or HR experience (internships or equivalent)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
