Job Responsibility

  • Assist with recruitment by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing onboarding materials
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with confidential information
  • Coordinate benefits administration and help answer employee questions
  • Support employee relations and help organize engagement initiatives
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1+ year of relevant administrative or HR experience (internships or equivalent)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
