We are looking for an organized Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations. This position will partner closely with HR leadership and the broader HR team to help keep employee processes moving efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate brings prior HR experience, strong follow-through, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Job Responsibility:
Support the HR Manager and HR team with day-to-day administrative and employee-related activities
Track open items, follow up with employees and internal partners, and help ensure timely completion of HR tasks
Assist in interpreting and applying company policies while maintaining accurate and confidential records
Coordinate with the HR Generalist team on onboarding, documentation, and routine employee support needs
Help gather information and organize documentation related to employee relations matters and workplace investigations
Communicate with Spanish-speaking employees as needed to support clear understanding of HR processes and expectations
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a human resources support or HR assistant role
Working knowledge of company policy administration and general HR practices
Experience assisting with employee relations matters and related documentation
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups and multiple priorities
Spanish language skills required for effective workplace communication
HR certification is preferred
