We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will serve as a key resource for maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance, and assisting with organizational training and development initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Update and maintain HR metrics, reports, and employee records with accuracy
Support recruitment activities, including resume reviews, interview scheduling, and preparation of offer letters
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have the necessary information and materials
Assist with benefits administration tasks, particularly during open enrollment periods
Work closely with management to draft and update job descriptions for existing and new positions
Provide support for employee training programs by coordinating sessions with external vendors
Enter employee transactions into HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Help with payroll functions by verifying allocations and maintaining individual employee records
Prepare HR data and reports for senior leadership and organizational meetings
Schedule and facilitate exit interviews, ensuring feedback is documented effectively
Requirements:
3+ years of Human resources support in their career
Proven experience in HR administration, including recruitment and onboarding
Familiarity with employee relations and personnel file maintenance
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in HR systems and data management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and management
Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processes
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters
