Job Responsibility:
Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee file maintenance
Support HR staff with scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee communications
Maintain accurate personnel records and confidential HR documentation
Answer phones and respond to employee and applicant inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with benefits administration and general HR reporting
Support recruiting efforts, including job posting coordination and applicant tracking
Help coordinate employee events, training sessions, and orientation activities
Provide administrative support for compliance-related HR functions
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in human resources, administrative support, or office support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
Experience answering phones and providing professional customer service
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience with employee relations highly desired
Preference for candidates currently residing in Hawaii due to onsite work requirements and onboarding process
