In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department. Job Responsibility:
Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency to support HR operations
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed
Assist with employee relations tasks by addressing inquiries and resolving minor concerns
Conduct background checks on potential employees to maintain compliance with company policies
Support general HR functions, including maintaining records and updating systems as needed
Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and improve department efficiency
Provide administrative support in managing HRIS systems and ensuring data integrity
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related questions and concerns
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field
Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to manage HR data effectively
Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employee relations
Experience conducting background checks and maintaining compliance standards
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees and candidates
Proficiency in scheduling and coordination of interviews
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
