Job Responsibility:
Conduct thorough audits of I-9 forms, ensuring compliance with legal standards
Format job descriptions into the designated template provided by the organization
Review and organize personnel files, transitioning them into electronic formats
Present pre-created HR presentations effectively to team members and stakeholders
Research job boards to identify opportunities for posting and enhancing visibility
Post job openings on external platforms to attract individuals with relevant experience
Create memos to document job changes and ensure accurate record-keeping
Assist with additional HR projects as needed to support the department's goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for efficient data management
Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices
Expertise in auditing HR documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Ability to research and utilize job boards effectively for recruitment
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage team members
Proficiency in creating and formatting documents with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
