A growing professional services organization is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, and HR operations. Job Responsibility
Maintain employee files and personnel records
Process employment documentation and status changes
Assist with onboarding and orientation activities
Coordinate background checks and employment verifications
Support benefits enrollment and employee communications
Post job openings and manage applicant tracking systems
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
Assist with recruiting events and hiring initiatives
Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity
Respond to HR-related inquiries
Assist with employee engagement programs and company events
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Support special projects and departmental initiatives
Requirements
1–3 years of HR, recruiting, administrative, or office support experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree or HR coursework preferred
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP, Paylocity, UKG, or BambooHR preferred
