Human Resources Assistant

TEMPORARY role: We are seeking an experienced HR/operations professional to support our team during an upcoming transition to Oracle. This role may focus on assisting with system conversion efforts, including mapping current HR processes, documenting workflows, identifying gaps, and supporting implementation planning. Alternatively, the role may provide day-to-day HR operational support to allow internal leadership to focus on the system transition. The ideal candidate has experience with ERP or HRIS conversions, strong process documentation skills, and the ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment where responsibilities may be refined as needs become clearer. Experience with Oracle (or similar platforms) is preferred but not required. This is a flexible, hands-on role during a critical period of organizational change.
