Our client in Bristol is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant for a contract opportunity. This is an excellent role for HR professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to provide vital support to a busy HR team.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks including data entry, personnel file management, and documentation
Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Maintain HR databases and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date
Coordinate scheduling for interviews, meetings, and training sessions
Support HR team in implementing company policies and projects
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Human Resources or administrative support role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
