The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with a variety of human resources functions, including onboarding, employee records management, benefits support, and general HR coordination. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
Maintain and update employee files and HR records
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Help coordinate interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities
Process employment documents and ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist with data entry, reporting, and HR systems updates
Support special projects and other departmental needs as assigned
Requirements:
1+ years of administrative or human resources support experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
Associate’s degree or relevant HR experience preferred
