We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team for a two-month contract at a global entertainment firm. This role will support the HR department with a variety of tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and other HR-related projects.
Job Responsibility:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain HR records in compliance with company policies
Coordinate and manage scheduling for interviews, meetings, and onboarding sessions
Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
Conduct background checks and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and escalating issues as necessary
Utilize HRIS systems, such as Workday, to manage employee information and generate reports
Collaborate on ad hoc HR projects as assigned by the team
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including documentation and filing
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR administrative or assistant role
Proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly Workday
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with onboarding processes and background checks
A solid understanding of employee relations and HR best practices
Nice to have:
Previous experience with Workday is preferred
