We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team. This role will serve as a key partner in supporting daily HR operations and providing excellent service to employees across the organization. The HR Generalist will act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, support recruitment efforts, and assist with onboarding and benefits administration.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation and documentation
Support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
Assist employees with benefits-related questions and escalate complex issues as needed
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned
Assist with employee relations matters by providing guidance and escalating when appropriate
Ensure a positive and professional experience for both candidates and employees
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
Experience in recruiting and onboarding
Knowledge of benefits administration
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
