The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Company’s Human Resources Manager on all personnel matters, including, but not limited to, developing HR documents; liaising with key members of staff within the group of companies, as well as processing weekly and monthly payroll.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with the processing of monthly and weekly payroll for multiple companies using Paypak
Complete and submit the statutory deductions within the stipulated timeframes to the relevant authorities
Assist the management with recruiting and interviewing potential applicants based on experience, skills, and education
Assist with the development of contracts and any other employment-related documents
Assist with updating the HRIS system
Assist with any employee relations or industrial relations matters
Perform administrative tasks
Assist with disciplinary investigation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a human resources position or related position
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
Sound knowledge of the governing labour laws
Experience with using Paypak will be an asset
The ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
