We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes, and providing excellent service to employees. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate onboarding activities, including scheduling orientations and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
Maintain and update employee information within HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Provide support in employee relations tasks, addressing inquiries and escalating issues when necessary
Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company policies
Collaborate with team members to enhance HR workflows and processes
Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and company policies
Assist in tracking and reporting HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Partner with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field
Proficiency in using HRIS systems for managing employee data
Familiarity with onboarding processes and procedures for verifying candidate information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of employee relations practices and HR compliance standards
Proficiency with office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
