The HR Assistant will play an important role in supporting the HR team with administrative processes, employee documentation, and internal communication while ensuring that HR systems and records remain accurate and organized. Human Resources departments often manage sensitive information and complex administrative processes, which means that attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality are essential in this role. The HR Assistant will help ensure that employee records are maintained properly, onboarding processes run smoothly, and HR initiatives are supported effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires
Schedule interviews and support recruitment activities
Prepare HR reports, employee communications, and internal documents
Assist with benefits administration and HR data entry
Support HR team with employee engagement and internal programs
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Interest in developing a long-term career in Human Resources
