We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations for our Minneapolis-based organization. This role will assist with administrative HR functions, employee records management, onboarding, benefits support, scheduling, and general employee communications. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the HR team across a range of human resources functions
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials
Maintain accurate employee files and HR records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Support benefits administration by answering employee questions and processing related documentation
Coordinate interviews, meetings, training sessions, and other HR-related scheduling needs
Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR correspondence
Respond to internal employee inquiries and route questions to appropriate team members
Assist with recruiting support tasks such as posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation
Support special HR projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1+ years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
