Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage multiple calendars in collaboration with internal administrative staff
Assist in creating itineraries and work with the travel team to organize travel schedules
Draft and post job descriptions to attract candidates with relevant experience
Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Provide timely updates to candidates and track their progress using internal systems
Support the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
Previous experience in HR or talent acquisition is preferred
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
