We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to HR operations and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be skilled in HR processes and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
Support HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and background checks
Maintain and update employee records accurately within HRIS systems
Assist in administering benefits programs, such as 401k and RRSP plans
Perform data entry tasks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR information
Coordinate with team members to address employee inquiries and provide resolutions
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies
Conduct routine audits of HR data for consistency and accuracy
Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to address employee needs
Utilize Paycor software to manage HR-related tasks efficiently
Prepare reports and documentation as needed to support HR operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR administration and related tasks
Proficiency in HRIS systems and software such as Paycor
Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employee relations
Familiarity with data management procedures
Experience administering benefits programs, including 401k and RRSP plans
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
