Our team is actively seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department in a dynamic and innovative technology company. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals interested in HR functions, employee engagement, and organizational growth. The right candidate will have excellent multitasking skills, be comfortable answering phones, and consistently deliver superior customer service to employees and candidates.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and route all incoming HR-related calls professionally
provide timely and friendly assistance to employees, job candidates, and hiring managers
Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process
ensure all new hire documents and files are complete and compliant
Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and maintaining HR calendars
Maintain digital and physical personnel records and uphold strict confidentiality
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating as necessary
Post job openings, screen resumes, and help coordinate the recruiting process
Support the administration of benefits, leave tracking, and performance review documentation
Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and mail distribution related to HR activities
Requirements:
Previous administrative or HR support experience, ideally within a fast-paced technology environment
Exceptional communication skills, including a proven ability to answer phones and provide excellent customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software systems is preferred
Strong organization and time management abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
additional HR coursework or certification is a plus
