We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team. As part of this contract position, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while enhancing organizational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects
Maintain and update records using HR information systems (HRIS) with precision and attention to detail
Perform data entry tasks to ensure HR documentation is organized and easily accessible
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve workflows
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations as needed
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Monitor and manage HR documentation to ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration, preferably in a similar role
Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) for data management
Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employee relations
Familiarity with conducting background checks and managing sensitive information
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
