Our client is looking for a part-time temporary HR Assistant to join our collaborative HR team. The Human Resources Assistant is a shared?resource role reporting to both the AVP, Culture & Employee Engagement Manager and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this multifaceted role, you will provide world-class candidate and employee experience by supporting recruiting operations, driving culture and engagement initiatives, and providing executive administration to the Chief People Officer.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and process travel and expense reports and invoices for AVP, Culture & Employee Engagement Manager in a timely and detailed manner
Support planning and execution of employee engagement events, including scheduling, coordinating logistics with internal/external participants, arranging materials, room setup, catering, and other tasks as needed
Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, catering and program system for internal initiatives including the Corporate Culture Council and Summer Internship and Mentorship Programs
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
Support recruiting activities
maintaining ATS, job postings, external advertising, background check process
Participate in Human Resources projects and perform other administrative duties, as needed.
Requirements:
BA/BS preferred in business administration, HR, industrial psychology or related field or equivalent experience
