We are currently seeking a Part-Time HR Assistant to support our clients HR Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone in the HR field who is looking for a very part-time schedule while staying engaged in a professional environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with general HR administrative tasks
Supporting employee documentation and recordkeeping
Helping with onboarding and HR-related coordination
Providing administrative support to the HR Manager as needed
Approximately 10–12 hours per week
Midday hours preferred
Requirements:
Previous experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role is preferred
Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionality
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of onboarding processes and employee relations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
Knowledge of relevant administrative procedures is a plus
