We are seeking a motivated and organized Human resources assistant and Recruiter to join a prominent non-profit organization in Victoria for a one-month temporary assignment. We require an immediate contributor to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and support our team's hiring initiatives. Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline and admin roles
Post vacancies on Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal boards
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks
Update and maintain the ATS for accuracy
Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience
Requirements:
1-2 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience
HR degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
Strong professional communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ATS software
Ability to work quickly with a high sense of urgency
Nice to have:
Union experience
Interest or experience in the social services sector
