Job Description:

We are keen to attract candidates that have an interest in developing their business administration knowledge though the Apprenticeship programme. This role will allow you to work towards a Business Administration qualification and will support and equip you with relevant experience for your studies. As a People Apprentice, you will be a key part of our Central Support Office, assisting our people team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support HR/Recruitment on request
  • Answer telephone enquiries
  • Assist with the people team inbox and forward to relevant people
  • Assist and support in the processing of contracts of employment and employment letters, ensuring an efficient process and responding to queries related to them
  • Carry out all aspects of admin work including filing, photocopying, shredding etc

Requirements:

  • Are 16 or over and have an aptitude for learning
  • Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above
  • Able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme
