Job Description:

We're looking for a hands-on HR Manager or HR Business Partner who's ready to step into a role with real breadth — and real impact. This isn't a policy-maintenance job. You'll be the go-to person for operational HR across the business, working closely with managers on everything from ER cases and compliance to culture, capability, and recruitment. If you've been working in HR generalist or HRBP roles and you're looking for a brand with genuine personality, a supportive team, and room to grow — this could be your next move.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for managers on day-to-day HR matters
  • Managing ER cases end-to-end — investigations, grievances, performance, and disciplinary processes
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law across Australia (and supporting our UK and US teams)
  • Partnering with leaders on performance management, team capability, and engagement
  • Supporting recruitment and making the most of our ATS platforms
  • Helping develop and deliver training programs that actually stick
  • Contributing to culture and wellbeing initiatives that make this a great place to work
  • Supporting WHS compliance and incident management

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' HR experience in a generalist, HR Manager, or HRBP capacity
  • Solid experience handling complex ER matters with confidence and care
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communicator who can work with leaders at all levels
  • Organised, practical, and comfortable moving quickly

Nice to have:

You don't need to come from retail or fashion — we care more about your people instincts, your ER capability, and your ability to build trust with managers quickly

What we offer:
  • Participation in our Bonus Program
  • Hybrid working — 3 days in our Sydney CBD office, 2 days from home
  • Birthday and Self Love Leave
  • Parental Leave
  • Generous staff product discounts
  • Premium gym membership
  • A team that genuinely has fun at work
