Job Description

Responsible for the technical administration, configuration, and optimization of the Workday HRIS platform. This role focuses on system functionality, integrations, reporting, and data integrity while supporting HR operations through scalable technical solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence)
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions
  • Design and optimize workflows, business processes, and system rules
  • Lead testing efforts for system updates, enhancements, and releases
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Monitor system performance, integrations, and data accuracy
  • Manage integrations with internal and external systems
  • Perform data audits, validation, and mass data updates
  • Administer system security, user roles, and permissions
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
  • Maintain system documentation and technical configurations
  • Provide escalated technical support and ensure compliance with data governance standards
