Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Human Resources Advisor to provide HR advice to all levels within the business to support the business in achieving its operational and strategic objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers throughout the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to end of employment
Support managers with low to medium level Employee Relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes
Monitor sickness absence across the business and provide reports and guidance to managers in line with company policy
Deliver HR training and coaching to management teams, both virtually and face-to-face, to support effective people management
Assist managers with performance management processes, including appraisals and review discussions
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements, including right-to-work checks and employment screening
Produce HR reports and metrics, maintain accurate employee records and provide general HR administrative support to ensure effective HR service delivery
Requirements:
CIPD Level 5, or equivalent
Experience of working in a HR Generalist role
Confident in knowledge of ER and Employment Law with the ability to communicate policy at grassroots level
Excellent organisational and IT skills, with the ability to present confidently
A team player with the ability to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues, the wider Human Resources and Anabas team
Desire to travel, with overnight stays (UK only)
Willing to be vetted in line with BS:7858
