Job Description

Join our team and elevate your career! Operating within a Joint Venture framework for e2x as our HR Advisor, you’ll provide proactive, site-based HR support across the employee lifecycle working on a major construction project. You’ll ensure compliance with parent company policies and client requirements while driving workforce mobilisation, employee relations, and daily HR operations to maintain an engaged and compliant site workforce.

  • Manage employee records, HR reporting, and workforce planning
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent JV HR in key meetings
  • Support EBA interpretation, monitor IR risks, and assist site leaders in workforce engagement
  • Promote a respectful, safety-focused culture and facilitate mental health initiatives

  • Align site HR practices with JV requirements, escalating conflicts when necessary

Requirements

  • Experience as a HR Advisor in the construction and/or engineering field, ideally working on major infrastructure projects
  • Exceptional organisational, written, verbal, and people skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Professional and approachable demeanour
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters
  • Hold a qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Psychology, Business or similar
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
