As our Human Resources Advisor you will play an important role in supporting our award-winning culture. Acting as an ambassador to the business and our values you will support key HR functions including Employee Relations, Orientation, Data Management, Rewards & Recognition, and culture building, to name a few. This is a hands-on, in office role suited for someone who is self-motivated, service-oriented, and takes pride in delivering high quality work in a fast past environment.
Job Responsibility:
Onboarding - plan, schedule, and host weekly orientations sessions along with coordinating all administrative requirements
Performance Management/Employee Relations - coach leaders on effective people management practices, including performance management, workplace conduct, and early issue resolution
Culture Ambassador - support culture and engagement activities, corporate/industry/community events, etc.
Data Management - ensure employee data integrity is maintained and accurate at all times both in Workday HRIS and manual files
Benefits & Disability Program - support activities related to the administration of benefits including enrollment of benefits for new staff, changes, etc.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience working in a similar HR role using a sophisticated HRMS tool, preferably Workday
Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
A track record of exercising professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Strong problem-solving abilities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and work effectively with various levels of employees
Ability to adapt to workload and working conditions while maintaining a positive, approachable attitude and professional demeanor
Excellent oral communication skills for face-to-face, video and telephone interviews, and excellent written communication skills - specifically speaking with clarity and confidence and writing concise job posting and job descriptions
Excellent MS Office Suite skills are required
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
