We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in North Little Rock, Arkansas. You will play a key role in supporting the organization’s HR initiatives and maintaining smooth operations.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the preparation and management of legal forms related to HR processes and ensure accuracy
Conduct thorough background checks for new hires and ensure compliance with company policies
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and managing documentation
Draft and manage legal correspondence in alignment with organizational standards and legal requirements
Administer employee benefits programs and provide support in resolving related inquiries
Collaborate with management to address HR concerns and develop solutions to improve processes
Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and company policies
Provide consultation support for HR matters as needed, offering expert advice and solutions
Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the HR department
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field
Strong knowledge of legal forms and HR-related documentation
Familiarity with conducting background checks and ensuring compliance
Excellent written communication skills for drafting legal correspondence
Experience in managing employee benefit programs
Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices
