A Human Resources (HR) Administrator supports the smooth functioning of an organization’s HR department by handling administrative tasks related to employee records, recruitment, and other HR processes.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate and up-to date employee records (both digital and physical)
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
Process payroll information, including timesheets, deductions, and new employee date
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits
Full-cycle recruitment functions
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR administrator or relevant human resources position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CHRP designation considered an asset)
Ability to handle sensitive information and confidential information with discretion
Nice to have:
CHRP designation
