Job Responsibility:
Prepare and manage legal forms and correspondence to ensure compliance with regulations
Conduct thorough background checks as part of the employee onboarding process
Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping
Handle benefit-related functions, ensuring employees receive accurate and timely support
Process unemployment claims and resolve related inquiries efficiently
Collaborate with legal teams to address HR-related legal matters
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records
Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and managing applicant documentation
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives
Provide guidance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field
Knowledge of legal forms and HR compliance processes
Familiarity with conducting background checks and handling sensitive employee information
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in legal and HR correspondence
Understanding of benefit administration and unemployment claim processes
Ability to work collaboratively with legal and HR teams
