Rockledge area company is looking for a Human Resources Administrator. Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator will include, but not limited to the following.
Job Responsibility
Implement evaluation frameworks, set productivity benchmarks, and guide manager accountability
Design and conduct employee training programs to enhance skills and staff retention
Act as the primary point of contact for grievances, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive culture
Ensure adherence to labor laws and OHSA guidelines, and manage workers' compensation claims
Lead full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, and strategic hiring to attract top-tier talent
Oversee high-impact onboarding and offboarding processes
Lead internal investigations, gather evidence, and implement remediation actions
Administer benefits programs and maintain accurate manual and automated personnel records
Regularly update employee handbooks, job descriptions, and internal HR procedures
Partner with Senior Management to report on morale, performance, and daily operations
Oversee daily office operations, order office and other general supplies as needed
Perform basic administrative work incoming mail, check deposit
Requirements
5+ years of experience
