We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including employee data management, reporting, and administrative processes, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Job Responsibility:
Provide support for ticketing systems, including handling password resets and assisting users with technical issues
Generate and distribute department-specific headcount reports with a focus on precision and timeliness
Prepare and complete unemployment paperwork, adhering to established procedures and timelines
Update and maintain job descriptions using standardized templates for consistency
Manage employee data through HR platforms such as UltiPro or similar systems
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools to create reports, track data, and maintain communications
Assist with processing employee terminations by following detailed checklists
Collaborate with teams using Microsoft Teams for efficient digital communication and organizational tasks
Adapt to evolving departmental needs by taking on additional HR responsibilities as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources administration or a related field
Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as UltiPro
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the broader Office Suite, including Teams
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with unemployment paperwork and employee termination processes
Capacity to adapt to changing responsibilities and learn new tools or systems
