Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain HR records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Conduct background checks and verify employment details as part of the hiring process
Prepare and review legal forms and correspondence, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Handle benefit functions, including enrollment and updates for employee plans
Perform data entry tasks with precision to support HR operations
Coordinate administrative tasks to streamline human resources processes
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding HR-related matters
Assist with the implementation and documentation of HR policies and procedures
Provide support in maintaining confidentiality and security of employee information
Ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards in all HR activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration or related roles
Proficiency in handling legal forms and correspondence
Familiarity with conducting background checks and employment verification
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data entry tasks
