Everseen have an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented HR Administrator who excels at balancing rigorous data management with a people-first approach. You will be the "glue" between new hires and operations, ensuring compliance, accurate payroll inputs, and a seamless onboarding experience.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires (contracts, documentation, welcome materials)
Ensure completion of all pre-employment and first-day requirements
Set up employee records in HR systems (Sage)
Partner with IT and managers to ensure access to tools, systems, and resources
Support new hires during their first weeks (answer questions, ensure smooth integration)
Maintain and update employee files (contracts, personal data, job changes)
Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR documentation
Manage HR databases and personnel records in compliance with data protection policies
Process employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, terminations)
Prepare and validate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, bonuses, deductions)
Coordinate with payroll providers or finance teams
Administer employee benefits (health insurance, allowances, etc.)
Respond to employee questions related to pay and benefits
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries (policies, procedures, leave)
Support handling of employee concerns and maintain proper documentation
Escalate sensitive or complex issues to senior HR staff
Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
Assist with internal/external audits and documentation reviews
Track policy acknowledgments and mandatory compliance activities
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a related role
Proficient in Sage (or other HRIS systems) and digital record management
Expert in contracts, addendums, and termination paperwork
Skilled in validating attendance, bonuses, and leave for payroll
Experienced in coordinating IT, tools, and documentation for new hires
Knowledgeable in labor laws and GDPR data protection
High accuracy in data and documentation
Clear and welcoming tone for employee inquiries
Ability to juggle administrative tasks with urgent employee needs
