We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding subcontractors, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational skills.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate the onboarding process for subcontractors, including document collection and verification
Upload and manage essential documents using Adobe Docusign
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain HR records in alignment with company standards
Process background checks for subcontractors and follow up as needed
Review and verify contract information, including start and end dates, vendor details, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with staffing vendors to streamline HR activities and processes
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Docusign to support daily operations
Ensure proper handling of legal forms and correspondence related to HR administration
Assist with benefit functions and provide administrative support to the HR team as required
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration or related roles
Familiarity with legal forms and correspondence within an HR context
Proficient in processing background checks and onboarding procedures
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Experience with Adobe Docusign for document management
Ability to coordinate effectively with staffing vendors and subcontractors
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of HR compliance standards and practices
