Job Responsibility:

Manage filing systems and perform general administrative tasks to support the HR department
Assist the recruiting team with operational tasks, including facilitating on-the-spot job offers
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Ensure accuracy in handling documents and maintain strong organizational practices
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR administration or a related field
Proficiency in handling legal forms and correspondence
Understanding of relevant screening procedures
