Job Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate record keeping for all payroll reporting
  • Assist HRM with all payroll processing and alignment for audit purposes
  • Key contact for all talent queries new, present and passed
  • Attend meetings with the General Manager and take accurate notes
  • Work on projects and assignments as issued by the General Manager such as reporting, tracking and data analysis
  • Track, schedule, and champion all training across the hotel
  • Monitor compliance and training completion
  • Monitor and champion recruitment pipelines, apply all pre hire checks and documentation such as contracting, onboarding paper work
  • Represent W London at careers fairs and events
  • Monitor job requisitions, hiring policies and HR scorecard goals
  • Keep communication open, friendly, and always authentic
  • Help leaders navigate performance, development, and policies
  • Support investigations, accident reviews, and wellbeing initiatives
