Job Responsibility

  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for the human resources team
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and system entries are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update digital and physical employee records, ensuring 100% compliance with privacy regulations and human resources standards
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leaves of absence, acting as a reliable point of contact for staff inquiries
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other essential human resources correspondence
  • Assist with the coordination of employee engagement events and internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Human Resources Administrator or pertinent human resources support role
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
