As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. We're looking for a passionate and proactive HR intern to join our EU HR team, with a focus on Early Careers, Team Culture, and Strategic HR Projects. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the employee experience, from welcoming the newest graduates to driving engagement and supporting broader HR initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Early Careers & Onboarding: Support campus recruitment, onboard graduates and interns, and build a strong early talent community for people to learn and grow
  • Culture & Team Engagement: Plan team bonding activities, celebrate milestones, and help foster an inclusive and connected workplace
  • HR Projects & Operations: Contribute to EU-wide HR projects, including analytics, operations, and process improvements
  • Initiative & Impact: Identify meaningful HR initiatives that enhance team collaboration and employee experience

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or Economics, with an interest in a career in Human Resources
  • Language skills are required (German and French) in order to communicate with our German & French stakeholders
  • Passionate, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong "can-do" attitude and growth mindset
